1. Responsible for delivery of all J1 matters, including 16X Pers Model, for 10 major units and 5 minor units.
2. Responsible for compassionate and casualty tracking, long term management and overview of WISMIS. Reporting responsibility for 1 x E1 CS.
3. Lead project officer for Op TEAMWORK.
4. Staff Officer responsible for all Operational J1 planning in barracks, on exercise and on operational deployment.
5. Workforce, deployability and moral component focus (D&I, AGAI 99 compliance, health, leave).
6. Support the FGen across the BCT.
7. Support DCOS. Maintain regular liaison with SO2 J1 Disc, SPS and Welfare. Provide immediate Staff Support to the SO2 MS role for CM Assurance and H&A.
8. BPT support other staff branches as required and at short notice
