Service Manager - Our Time Liverpool
Location: 8 Derwent Square, Liverpool, L13 6QT (please note that this is a community based role, this would be a base location when needed)
Working Hours: Part-time 18.5 hours per week, worked over 2.5 days between Monday-Friday (days to be confirmed at interview stage).
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £35,520 - £51,060 per annum (pro rata)
Please note: The salary listed reflects the full earning potential for this role. Starting salaries depend on experience and progression within the band.

Waythrough’s Our Time community based time bank works with individuals affected by mental ill health already living in their own homes to receive assistance with day-to-day tasks and activities, such as learning new skills, recreational activities and social interaction.

About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join Our Time as a part-time Service Manager, to manage the day‐to‐day running of the service in Liverpool, which aims to tackle the social isolation faced by adults with mental health problems.
As well as ensuring the quality of service and support provided to people who use our services, we’ll rely on you to manage service contracts, line manage front line staff and organise any building maintenance requirements.
Whether you’re carrying out an induction, undertaking an investigation, putting team development plans in place or providing support to our business development team, one thing’s for sure – you won't be short of challenge and variety.
