Overview of the Role
Our line chefs are the glue that holds our kitchens together and are key in supporting the Sous Chef & Head Chef.

You’ll be supported in your career by an experienced team, in an exciting, fast- paced and dynamic kitchen, with the opportunity to gain experience working across all sections.
Day-to-day, the role provides variety, with duties that include food preparation, assisting other chefs in the team, helping with deliveries & restocking, stock rotation, cleaning duties, & maintaining kitchen and food safety standards. You’ll embrace our fresh food culture, be involved with stock control, and ensure we meet food safety and cleaning standards.
Ideally with 1 years’ experience in a similar role, as a line cook, commis chef, pizza chef, or all-round experience as a Chef De Partie. Most importantly, you’ll be hands on with a “can do” attitude, and able to work flexibly, including evenings and most weekends.
Reporting to:
Head Chef
Hours: Part-time: 15 to 24 hours per week, scheduled to suit the needs of the business.
This is a late-night role, with working up until midnight at weekends required.
Personal Requirements
Experience of developing great professional relationships with colleagues.
High levels of self-organisation.
Great communicator.
Ideally 1 year of kitchen experience in a similar role.
Experience of preparing & cooking fresh food in a fast-paced environment.
