About the Role

Are you passionate about social media, content creation, and making a positive difference in your community? We're looking for a Marketing & Social Media

Volunteer to help raise awareness of our Gambling Support Service and the support available to individuals and families affected by gambling-related harm.

Working with our Marketing and Communications Team, you'll help develop engaging content, support campaigns and events, and promote our services across a range of digital and community channels. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on marketing experience while contributing to a meaningful cause.

Key Duties

  • Create engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Support marketing campaigns and awareness-raising activities.
  • Assist with the design and development of digital and printed promotional materials.
  • Gather stories, testimonials, photographs, and other content to highlight the impact of our services.
  • Contribute to newsletters, podcasts, and wider communications activity.
  • Support the promotion of local events and community engagement initiatives.
  • Help raise awareness of available support services and signpost individuals where appropriate.

About You

We're looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and reliable individual with an interest in marketing, communications, or social media. You will be confident communicating with a range of audiences and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team.

You'll be organised, proactive, and willing to learn new skills. Most importantly, you'll be approachable, professional, and committed to supporting people in a respectful and non-judgemental way. Whether you're looking to gain experience, build your portfolio, or give back to your community, we'd love to hear from you.
