Team Leader

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader / Supervisor ready for a challenge to join our Retail Team in York. You must:

Have a strong retail background and lead from the front to be the essence of a customers’ experience.

Have strong photographic and camera passion and knowledge

Be commercial with high merchandising standards

Be sales driven with an understanding of driving KPI's

Be able to lead a team to meet company objectives and store standards

To be able to motivate and support team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly operational targets.

Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and build competence and confidence.

Coordinate daily tasks, manage staff schedules/absences, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Act as the key link between staff and management, communicating goals and priorities clearly

Address issues, handle conflict, and support the team in resolving challenges

Have previous management or supervisor experience

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate others

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
