Part Time Event Assistant

We are looking for a confident, outgoing and enthusiastic individual to assist with hosting Pints of Knowledge events from w/c 11th May. These happen on weekday evenings 6:30pm-8:30pm (Monday-Thursday) and occasional Sundays. 

Requirements (please only proceed if you meet these):

- 18+

- Previous events experience

- Minimum two weeknights per week available 

- Open to flexible and ad hoc work with no set hours per week

- Willingness to travel and work all across London

This role will involve:

- Assisting with room and tech set-up

- Greeting guests on arrival and scanning tickets

- Assisting with customer enquiries at events 

- Filming social media content at events

- Giving short (~3-5 minute) introductions and (~2 minute) outros for speakers

The salary for this position is £20p/h and an extra £20 for each event you host (do the intro and outro), no travel costs are included.
