Mind Over Mountains is a UK charity combining the power of nature with professional mental health support.

Through guided walks, retreats and outdoor experiences, we help people reconnect with themselves, others and the natural world. As we grow, we are building a national movement around nature-based wellbeing and expanding access to support. 

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a hands-on Digital & Marketing Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of our marketing activity.

This is a practical, delivery-focused role where your work will directly increase participation, strengthen our brand and support income generation. You’ll bring creativity, structure and a clear focus on what drives engagement and action.

What You’ll Do

- Deliver engaging content across social media platforms (including TikTok growth)

- Design graphics and campaign assets using Canva

- Write compelling, platform-specific copy

- Manage newsletters, segmentation and audience journeys

- Keep our website up to date, clear and conversion-focused

- Support campaigns, challenge events and partnerships

- Track performance and use data to improve reach, engagement and bookings
