Customer Accounts Advisor

Want to work for Sheffield's only department store? Having served the city of Sheffield for over 150 years Atkinsons are looking to recruit an 18 hour customer accounts advisor.

Role

Working in our busy Customer Accounts Department the role involves taking payments from customers, opening new and managing existing customer accounts. Back office cash and till reconciliation using excel spreadsheets and accounting software. Answering and distributing phone calls and occasional use of our in-store tannoy system. Other duties associated with the role as and when required.

Skills
Full training will be given but IT literacy, good organisation/time management and problem solving skills are desirable as is the ability to work accurately with good attention to detail. The role involves working with material of a sensitive nature so GDPR/Data protection principles must be adhered to at all times.

18 hours per week over 3 days on a varying 7 day shift pattern.
