Activities Coordinator – Cherry Blossom Care Home (Allegra Care)

Location: Peterborough
Hours: Part-time, 18 hours per week (including alternate weekends)
Pay: £13.20 per hour

We’re looking for a creative, passionate Activities Assistant to join our team at Cherry Blossom Care Home. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with residents, families, and the wider community to deliver engaging activities that support both physical and mental health.

What you’ll do:

• Plan and deliver a variety of activities that enrich residents’ lives
• Encourage hobbies, interests, and new experiences
• Organise events and outings, managing schedules and budgets
• Share stories and moments that celebrate life in our home

About you:

• A natural people person with strong organisational skills
• Experience in a similar role (care home experience preferred)
• Creative, enthusiastic, and adaptable
• Excellent communication and planning skills
